Well after two plus months we have finally been able to use unpack and move back into our kitchen. The whole process was relatively painless with a three week house/dog sitting and the three week vacation keeping us away from the bulk of the work. Only the past two weeks had been difficult as we saw the end but simply could not reach it without a few last things to be done.
