I’ve written this one up before and they continue to be consistent with it. It is golden in color with a mild varietal chard nose. On the mid pallet this wine has vanilla, caramel, some creamyness and some butteryness. This is a very good chard. Not as intense or fruit forward as some but quite good. It doesn’t displace J. Lohr Riverstone as one of my favorites but it’s really quite good! I would give it an 89-90. We paired it with cod and it went quite well!
