Pale in color with a nice crisp minerally nose. On the mid pallet this is another smooth well made easy drinking Proseco. Nice crisp, dry flavors with some nice apple notes. The bubbles are nice and light. This is a food friendly wine and would pair nicely with lots of different foods. Seafoods, spicy foods etc, or go well on it’s own to sip. I would put it almost anywhere a Sauv blanc would go. The wine is medium in length on the finish with the crispness lingering nicely. I would give it an 88-89. For the money these prosecos just can not be beat! I’m not a bubbly guy but I must say I am enjoying exploring prosecos!
