Kim Crawford 2012 pinot noir

Pinot Noirs are one of those lovem or hatem wines. I enjoy them! This one is Garnet in color with a mild nose. On the mid pallet are some lovely varietal strawberry notes along with some rustic flavors. There’s some nice complexity on the mid pallet especially if you hold it in your mouth for a bit. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely light dryness along with some tannins. There’s some nice mouth grip to this wine as it lives on in the mouth. A lovely pinot. I would give it an 89-90. Very nice.
