Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2011 mini review

Dark in color with a nose of red berries. On the mid pallet the wine displays cherries to match the nose. This is a lovely deep rich cab with a medium length finish. But at $49.95 it ought to be. I would give it a solid 89+

Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2011

From the LCBO web site:
STYLE – Full-bodied & Firm: A hefty, blockbuster-style Cab showing cassis, campfire, smoked meat and earth. There’s a solid tannic underpinning here, and nice warm spice complexity on the lengthy finish. You could tuck this away in the cellar for 2-3 years while the fruit emerges in full force, or enjoy it tonight with grilled or roasted meats. (VINTAGES panel, May 2014) $49.95
