Laurenz Und Sophie Singing Grüner Veltliner 2013

I like my whites dry and crisp, and Grüners if you have never had them tend to fit the bill nicely. This one is pale in color with a nice mild citrus and mineral nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice citrus, and zest to match the nose. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice green apple tartness that builds in the mouth. This is a nice crispy dry wine. Very food friendly. We paired it with roast chicken and it went well. I would give it an 88 or so.
