Pale in color with a nice citrus nose. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with some lovely citrus notes, and pink grapefruit coming through. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely fresh acidity. A very nice sauv blanc. Especially for the price $14.95 at the winery. A very food friendly wine. We paired it with a chicken stir fry and it went well. I would give it an 88+.
