Pale in color with a mild slightly odd nose. Nothing I can place. On the mid palate the wine displays some varietal chard fruit, pear really coming through along with some apple. On the medium length finish the pear comes through along with some mild oak/vanilla notes. This is a gently oaked chard. I would give it an 87-88. Frankly I think I prefer the Sterling Vintners reserve. The LCBO call it full bodied and rich? Ya I wouldn’t got there … at all. This is a general list product.
