Pale in color with a nice crisp nose. On the mid palate the wine displays lovely crisp dry notes to match the nose. On the finish the wine displays some mild pink grapefruit note and some nice acidity. The complexity of the wine is better explored without food. This is a super food friendly wine that could go almost anywhere a sauv blanc would go. A very nice wine. A bit on the milder side. I would give it an 88 or so. I enjoy Grüner Veltliner if for no other reason than variety! Full bodied and rich (is how the LCBO describe it). Huh?
