I enjoy Proseccos … super food friendly. The other night I had a little dinner part complete with charcuterie platter and started off with a Proseco. They are super food friendly cut through fatty or spicy foods easily. Yum. This one pale in color with nice crisp nose. On the mid palate it matches the nose with lovely crisp dry notes, some citrus flavors and lovely minerality. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovey acidity, another lovely Prosecco. I would give it an 88 or so which for the price is a good deal!
