Inky dark in color with a smokey and mild black berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays vibrant black cherries to match the nose, along with a hint of smokey notes, along with some herbal/eucalyptus undertones. On the medium length finish the wine displays some smooth tannins and acidity. I would give this an 88 or so. At this price, to be honest I expect more and I’m not a fan of that herbal/eucalyptus undertones.
