Pale in color with a mild minerally nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some apple notes, and minerality to match the nose. On the medium length finish the crisp, vibrant acidity coats the palate, nice and dry. The sur lie makes the wine slightly creamy in texture. I would give it an -88 which for the price is not bad at all. Quite food friendly. There are some similarity, and some differences to a chard.
