Pale straw in color with a mild citrus nose. On the mid palate the wine has a strong effervescent note, one of the strongest effervescent notes to date, along with some zesty citrus notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice acidity that dance on the tongue. I would give this an -88. We paired it with pan fried haddock, and it went okay but not did not compliment it. From the LCBO web site, check stock:

Subtle lemon on the nose is amplified by gentle spritz on the palate. The body is light, fresh and easy and holds nuances of white pepper and the most subtle saltiness from the yeast. Refreshing and thirst-quenching. Score – 89. (Anne Krebiehl, MW, Wine Enthusiast, Sept. 1, 2020).
