Inky dark in color with a black berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays beautiful rich black fruits, blackberry, cherries and the like. On the medium length finish the wine displays lovely rich dry tannins, and the black fruits live on nicely. This is a bigger wine, so be sure and pair it with something bigger. I would give it an 88+ Yumm, not cheap but your worth it! In my opinion, and I like my wines bigger, this is a ready for drinking now, don’t wait (LCBO says best after 2024) , but it will easily hold for another 2-5 years.
