Domaine de Triennes Rosé 2020

A lovely salmon in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice crisp tartness, strawberries and the like that dance on the tongue beautifully. On the medium length finish the tart acidity lingers nicely. This is a hearty, boisterous rose, if your use to sweet sugar bombs, ya this so isn’t that. I would give it an 88+. A really nice wine with lots of oomph to hold it’s own with food. from the LCBO web site, check stock:

Domaine de Triennes Rosé 2020 from LCBO

Domaine de Triennes is co-owned by Burgundy notables Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac; and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Their 2020 rosé is a juicy blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot that delivers good concentration and lithe power, with apricot, citrus, cherry, raspberry, melon and garrigue. An engaging, complex wine that will make a great sipper and pair with salads or grilled-chicken kebabs.READ LESS
