Dark in color with a nice dark berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some big black berry notes along with some dark chocolate. On the medium length in length the wine displays some big peppery notes, noticeable alcohol, firm dry tannins and acidity. As with most Agiorgitikos this is a bigger wine, we paired it with a striploin and it went well, with food the flavors aren’t overwhelming, on it’s own the complexity of the wine is easier to appreciate.
