Pale straw in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice grassy and citrus notes along with some VERY mild pink grapefruit. On the medium side of length the wine displays some nice softer acidity minerality and mouth grip, elegant … nice and dry. This is not your Chilean or New Zealand edgy Sauv blanc, more of a softer baby brother which makes it even more food friendly! I went into the cellar to find something more subtle to match with Chilean seabass and this was the perfect match. I would give this an -88.
