Very pale salmon in color with a soft minerally nose. On the mid palate the wine delivers some strong acidity, tart pink grapefruit and citrus notes. On the medium length finish the acidity sticks to the tongue nicely … quite dry! The fruit is kinda overwhelmed by the acidity, but it’s a nice wine anyway.
