Pale straw in color with a mild apple/pear nose. On the mid palate the wine displays more of a fruit forward lightly oaked character with apple and pear notes, and slightly creamy. On the medium length finish the wine displays some peppery notes and the citrus sticks nicely to the tongue. At 3g/l it’s nice and dry. I would give it an -88 or so.
