Pale salmon in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays lovely strawberry notes along with some citrus … On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely vibrant acidity and minerality that stick nicely to the tongue, nice and dry! This is a beautiful, varietal, Provence Rose, food friendly and lovely. It’s on sale at the LCBO right now and should survive a little while. I would give it an 88+ yumm, I will go back and grab more, from the LCBO web site, check stock

The Château des Ferrages domaine is in Pourcieux, halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Maximin, where relatively cool temperatures make for bright, crisp wines such as this. Look for notions of strawberry, orange zest, peach and mineral and sip with white-bean burgers or grilled salmon.
