Very pale salmon in color with a mild citrus and light red berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice soft red berry notes along with some nice tartness. On the medium length finish the wine displays some vibrant acidity, some strawberry notes and soft tannins, nice and crisp and dry. This is a lovely albeit softer rose. if your expecting say a Provence style wine it’s not that … I would give it an -88 … We paired it with air fried chicken legs and it was delightful.
