Dark in color with a black berry nose. On the mid palate the wine display some nice black fruits to match the nose. On the medium length in finish the wine display some peppery notes, along with some nice tannins and acidity. This is a nice wine, nice and dry with some nice complexity and mouth grip. I’d give it an 88 or so. Not as big as some tempranillos, quite approachable even now. From the LCBO website, check stock:
