Dark in color with a nice red berry nose … On the mid palate the wine smacks with loads of firm tomato notes, they ease a bit as it breathes. On the mid palate the wine is nice and dry with red fruits and tomato like acidity coating the palate. On the medium length finish the dusty tannins and vibrant acidity live on with some nice mocha and dark chocolate … nice and dry! A classic Sangiovese, perfect for pairing with spaghetti, or pizza.
